1. We source all of our ingredients from local farms to ensure Big Country Raw products use only the highest quality meats, fruits and vegetables. Our ingredients are delivered straight from the farm for optimal freshness.
2. We follow Good Manufacturing Principles and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) processes from the first step of production through to the finished goods. You can be confident that the meat in your pet’s raw meal was subject to the same strict inspection criteria as meat intended for human consumption. This inspection process includes checks for the presence of disease, parasites, e.coli, salmonella, and listeria, as well as hormones and antibiotics.
3. Our products are flash-frozen at temperatures below –20 degrees to maximize the nutrients in our freshly prepared raw meals. Our products remain in a constant frozen state from the date of production to the day they arrive at your doorstep.
